The aim of this write up is to reach-out  to someone going through trying moment and have lost focus or hardly belief in his/her capabilities.

What is self worth(esteem): This can be simply described as having great respect for ones personality. Believing that you are special and unique in your own way.

It all starts from the mind, the mind is a powerful tool and can either be appropriately used to move you forward and can also be under-used by feeding it with negative thoughts and believes.

  1. Have a positive mindset for the day: the mind is a powerful instrument for progress and achieving greater height.
  2. Polish yourself: before leaving for the day, ensure you dress well, use deodorant for the body and proper care of the mouth
  3. Take action: as you go through the day either in your office or daily endeavours, you need to a responsive person and not a reacting person. To be responsive means to think first before acting and accepting responsibilities of whatsoever that happens to you
  4. Expressive yourself : be expressive in-order to build your confidence but when ever you want to express yourself, be polite.
  5. Be goal conscious: set out a goal to achieve every day you wake to start the day, it keeps you in touch to your dreams and aspiration and builds your personality
