How Kim Kardashian got her bikini body back with a personal chef and trainer on the road... and 100 squats EVERY morning

She's lost over four stone (56lbs) since giving birth to daughter North West just six months ago.
And now Kim Kardashian is confident enough to flaunt her new shape by slipping into a sexy bikini to show off the results of all her hard work.
An image of the 33-year-old star looking truly incredible in a barely-there white two-piece appears on the cover of this week's Us Weekly magazine. 
But Kim's sleek new look didn't come easily, with the reality star putting herself through gruelling workout regimes, including kicking off each day with 100 squats, to help her shed the pounds

A friend of the star told HollywoodLife.com: 'She wakes up and does more than 100 squats every single morning. 
'Even now, when she can wear the things she did before her pregnancy, she still wants to tone her body.'
However, Kim has also been lucky enough to have a personal chef and trainer with her on the road as she accompanies fiancé Kanye West on his Yeezus tour.
A source told People.com'She's got a trainer on tour with she and Kanye and a chef to keep her meals carb free. 
'With the exception of some cheat days, because she is realistic now, she sticks with it!'

In the images of Kim's new bikini body, taken on November 30th, the stunning star is seen grinning from ear-to-ear as she walks along the beach. 
Kim previously revealed that she was following the Atkins diet to shed her baby weight, which involves entirely cutting out carbohydrates.
However, Kim is said to still not be entirely satisfied with her appearance, and is aiming to get down to a size zero - smaller than her pre-pregnancy size. 
A source told Now magazine earlier this month: 'She’s hit her goal weight but wants to drop to a size 0. 
Apparently she’s eating just 1,000 calories a day and drinking herbal teas in a bid to shed the weight.
'She also wakes up for daily 5am workouts and often does another hour in the afternoon
