Kelly flashed a wide grin at the cameras, and revealed her new ring, said to have been presented by her partner last month.
Kelly and Tim were dressed for the occasion. Kelly channeled hip hop chic in a black baseball cap, large silver hoop earrings, an oversized white shirt layered with a menswear inspired blue button up, and leather jogging bottoms.
However, she played up her femininity with some crimson lipstick, a red quilted Chanel purse, matching red nails, and plenty of bracelets and rings.
Though she's been shying away from any discussion of her reported engagement to manager Tim, Kelly has been happy to show off her new ring.
Speculation that the two were set to wed was first sparked when Kelly revealed the ring in a public Twitter message to a friend.
She then appeared to confirm the news when she posed happily for photographers, flaunting the ring on her finger.
Tim popped the big question to Kelly sometime in November, according to celebrity.
The couple already sport matching tattoos on their wedding fingers, which first sparked speculation last month they were planning to marry.
And what better way to celebrate an engagement than to watch Jay Z, whose wife Beyonce of course wrote the classic Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It), inspired by their marriage.
X-Factor judge Kelly was one of many celebrities present at the star-studded event at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, including Nicki Minaj, Paris Hilton, Khloe Kardashian, Wiz Khalifa, and Taylor Lautner.
