The beauty - who became caught up in a possible felony charge after Kanye allegedly punched an 18-year-old man after he berated Kim on Monday in Beverly Hills - is so happy with her first baby, she feels another is a must.
'She's hoping to have a girl next and then a boy,' added the source.
The insider revealed the couple is not using birth control. 'They aren't trying to not let it happen,' added the source.

This comes as a bit of surprise considering how difficult her pregnancy with North, nicknamed Nori, was.
'Kim had a rough pregnancy,' adds the Us source. 'But she loves North so much. She wants another one.'
This also comes after the cover girl lost 50 pounds after delivering the child - she got the weight off with the help of the Atkins Diet and exercise (like 100 squats every morning).
But first comes wedding planning.
The couple will 'soon head' to Paris Fashion Week, noted the publication, where they will scout venues. It has reported they want to tie the knot at the Palace Of Versailles.
