I've been having sex 500 times a day': Kim Kardashian vents frustration over trying to get pregnant ...and reveals she may have to find a surrogate

Kim Kardashian was exhausted on Sunday's premiere of Keeping Up With The Kardashians as her frequent attempts to get pregnant with her second child began to take its toll. 

The 34-year-old reality star n was trying so hard to get pregnant with husband Kanye West that she left herself moody and 'exhausted'.

Kim said she was 'desperate' to conceive a sibling for baby North – to the point where she and Kanye were having intercourse multiple times per day.

                       

Later, at the end of the episode, a scene was showing where Kim said she 'might have to try a surrogate'.

The show opened with Kim lying supine to allow Kanye's sperm to 'marinade' inside her.

The doctors said I have to lie down for 1- minutes after sex...and I had sex just before you got here,' Kim said as her sisters groaned in disgust.

Kim during a naked photo shoot called Kanye and made him come to the studio shoot so they could have sex while she was ovulating.

                             

                                     

'You've got to get it in, when you can get it in,' she said, after admitting they had sex in the bathroom.

The photos were of Kim completely naked because she was worried her body would 'start changing again' after baby number two was conceived.

'I want to have these pictures now, that will last forever,' she cooed.

                                

                                          

Soon the velocity of the lovemaking began to take its toll.

'Literally I'm so exhausted, I've been having sex like 500 times a day,' she sighed to her sisters, as she collapsed onto the bed at home.

Later, at a lunch with Bruce Jenner, Kim arrived wearing white with huge sunglasses.

                                   

'I just got my period which means that I'm not pregnant this month and I'm really upset because I really tried really hard,' she complained.

'It's like so frustrating, I'm exhausted and…I think I'm forcing it,' she noted to the camera before deciding to try and 'go with the flow' a bit more.

The Jenner and Kardashian families meanwhile tried to adjust to their separate lives since Kris Jenner and Bruce's divorce proceedings began.

                                    

No mention was made of Bruce's pending gender reassignment surgery.

The family was in a furor over a supposed union between Bruce and Kris' best friend Rhonda Kamihira.

'It's wild how she's looking at him in those paparazzi pictures,' said Khloe who called the relationship 'disrespectful'.

                        

'It's a betrayal,' agreed Kim.

The former Olympian was incredulous when confronted.

'Kris can't tell me who I can and can't be friends with,' he told Kim as she chastised him.

                        

He later turned up at Kris' home to deny that they were dating.

'You didn't take my feelings into consideration…and you're kind of an a**hole,' Kris told him.

Bruce apologised.

'There was nothing mean in my heart,' he said.

                      

From his bachelor pad in Malibu, Bruce admitted feeling a little lonely since the divorce.

'We've got to get the rest of the crew out here,' he said to 35-year-old Kourtney.

Kris, 59, was also struggling to adapt to the single life.

                      

                      

'I had a psychic, and a hairdresser who is psychic, telling me that it's going to be a boy,' she mused to the doctor, who informed her it's more likely to be a '50/50 chance'.

To lighten the mood Bruce's sons insisted that he throw a house party with the theme 'Bruce On The Loose'.

Kendall was the only one of the kids to show up.

'I'm a little disappointed,' said the 65-year-old former athlete.

                         

In retaliation the girls decided to throw a 'KJ Needs A Lei Party' for their mother, with garlands and a Hawaiian theme.

The very small gathering seemed to make Kris more depressed.

'It's a reality check when you look around and you realise that the guys aren't here, I miss that,' she frowned.

                            

On a boozy night out in Las Vegas with Scott Disick, Brody Jenner started discussing how he had missed Kim and Kanye's wedding for a DJ gig.

'Do you think that they were really like: ''We have to have Brody and Kaitlynn [Carter, his girlfriend] there. If they're not there then this wedding is not going to happen',' he scoffed.

'Nobody really gave a f*** if Kaitlynn or I went,' he continued.

                     

Bruce noted that Brody had managed to attend the wedding of Kim's ex-boyfriend Reggie Bush.

'Of course! Why wouldn't I? I love Reggie. Put Kanye and Reggie together in a burning building, guess who I'm saving? Reggie all the way,' he said.
