I Am Not A Fool- Kofi

Comedian, Kofi David popularly called Kofi, kicked against the general perception that comedians are jesters.
He stated this at a social function in Lagos today, saying comedy is not foolery and remains one of the largest industry exporting Nigeria values to the world.
“I choose to be an entertainer because I saw future in the industry. The America we all celebrate today took the world with the aid of entertainment and that is why Nigerians today prefer speaking the American English to that of the British.
The movies we watch, the songs we listen to all this mediums are ways they explored in selling their values to us.
However, he lamented that the Nigeria government is not encouraging youths who found means of livelihood in the entertainment sector as the sector still suffers from good structuring which he insist can only be provided by the government.
“Structure is what we need, kill the pirates don’t beg them and the entertainment sector will thrive” He ended.
