Customer Care Officer at John Holt Plc
Job Title: Customer Care Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Requirements
- BSC/HND in related disciplines
- A good knowledge of accounting is required
- A minimum of three years working experiencein customer care is required.
Job Responsibilities
- To maintain good relationship with customers
- Act as interface between customers and the company
 - Timely submission of invoices/job cards to customers, based on ledger card entries and follow up for payments
- Regular reconciliation of customers accounts and ensures that debts are not accumulated
- Report complaints promptly to CMS/Technical team for proper management
- Generate monthly report for customer servicemanager
 - Know details of customers account
- Reconciliation of customer statement of account with SUN system
- Monitor WIP to ensure that all job cards are closed as at when due
- .Generate new customers
- Monitor and pick up WHT certificates from customers
 - Any other duties as assigned by the CMS
