Walkup to all this local property agent,get their various property lettings nd sales, get more of those properties that is directly link to them,because that's when you get more percentage than if your more than two,three on a property (either rent or sales) or u walk into the semi-develop property agents to work for them free of charge( asin, you not expecting any monthly income from them), get their portfolio and get your percentage from it..
